We are anchored just off of Gustavia, capital of St. Barthelemy – also known as “St. Barts“. Most of the excursions were of the snorkel-here and jet-ski-there types, which I didn’t care about. In addition, there is a big grand voyage party in the evening, so I decided to just relax on the ship.
Which took me back to the S.A.L.T. kitchen. It’s been almost a week, as they were doing Caribbean repeats. I understand, as most passengers have not been on for two months and took the classes at the start of the grand voyage. Today it’s Caribbean curry.

The first is Aloo & Channa, which uses chickpeas and potatoes. The other dish is shrimp. The garlic, cilantro and spring onions were used in both. We also made a roti bread.

While messy, this was quite easy to make. So now I have meals to alternate between my South American menu.
