At dinner the evening leaving Darwin the restaurant was all decked out “down under”. Stuffed koalas and kangaroos, Aussie flags and the staff in festive garb. I wish I brought my phone to snap some pictures.
However, with today being Valentine’s Day, every cabin’s door has a giant heart on it. And tonight is a formal night…
Each cabin door and nearby column is metal, so many guests put up magnets to personalize their cabins. My sister gave me awesome super-magnets as a “bon voyage” gift, so I have my artsy paper-bag star and new (made today) folded-paper envelope decorating my cabin space. You may recognize my zoo koala picture from a two weeks ago. Silversea gave us magnets for each leg of the cruise, and I’m putting them on the door as each leg starts
