This post is delayed. I had a great day, and one of the best dining experiences of my life, but the ship internet is so rubbish I can’t load a single 100KB image. It took me 45 minutes to open the form to create this blog post.

I’m in a hotel in Kyoto for the next two nights. Hopefully, things will be better.
