Location: Quito, Ecuador
I fly to the Galapagos Islands early tomorrow morning. I just got back from a day of touristing in Quito and I have to pack my bags and have them ready tonight. Seems the Galapagos Park personnel must inspect and sanitize the luggage before they are placed on the plane. I guess this is to ensure that we don’t try to feed deep fried Oreos to any of the wildlife. And you know what? I’m OK with that.
But that means I don’t have time to edit pictures and give you a description of my Friday in Quito. So here is a picture of me straddling the equator.
Hopefully more attractive images next time. This cruise is not like the 2019 World Cruise where I have many consecutive sea days to catch up with my blogging. I’m going to have to be disciplined to get daily updates. Let’s see how that goes.
